Skill Up is a mobile micro-learning concept for telecom field technicians, designed to deliver quick, practical learning within the flow of their workday.

Problem / Goal

Traditional learning is too long and desktop-focused for field technicians working under time pressure. The goal was to create a fast, mobile-first experience that supports quick access, short sessions, and easy resumption of learning.

Define Established core goals and principles to guide a low-friction, micro-learning experience.
